Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please ensure you have read all details about the product before purchasing. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given if you are unhappy with the flavour or overall appearance of your product.

Damages

Shipping: We ship many of our items nationwide, however, this is at your own risk. All items are carefully made and packaged by us to a very high standard, however, once they are handed over to the courier we cannot be made liable for any damages.

Pick up: Please inspect your order upon pick up and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item so it can be corrected as soon as possible. Please ensure you take a photo of the item as we cannot resolve any issue without evidence. Katelyn and the caketin reserves the right to decide whether a refund is appropriate or not.
